Silverbead Thermal Adhesive Tape – bond and conduct heat in one step

The thermal adhesive tape attaches components permanently while transferring the heat they generate to the heatsink. The silicone adhesive bonds to many surfaces, and the fibreglass cloth makes the tape tear-resistant and dimensionally stable. It is electrically insulating and can be cut to size with scissors.

Key features

  • Thermal conductivity: 1.2 W/m·K
  • Strong adhesion: 662 g/cm (6.5 N/cm)
  • Electrically insulating, dielectric strength 3 kVAC
  • Continuous use up to 120 °C, short-term up to 140 °C
  • Tear-resistant fibreglass cloth
  • Can be cut to any size

Suitable for: LEDs, RAM and VRAM, VRM, SSDs, M.2 SSDs, chipsets, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, notebooks, game consoles, water cooling and Peltier elements.

Silverbead Thermal Adhesive Tape, 20 mm x 25 m, 0.2 mm

Note: Full adhesion is achieved on clean, dry and grease-free surfaces.
